We did not provide refund service for any purchase from website.
Exchange & Return
Our return and exchange policy allows for a window of 3 business days after receiving your item. (Available for order in Malaysia only). During this period, you can request a return and exchange.
Please note: We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.
Please note: Any return and exchange requests made after this 3-day period may be subject to rejection by the merchant, citing the expiration of the designated exchange window.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be maintained in its original condition;
- Complete the Product Return Form, pack and seal your returned merchandise(s) securely in the original package,
- Please ensure the proof of purchase and all tags are intact,
- The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging,
- If these conditions are not met, we will return the item(s) and postages will be borne by the customers.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Discounted price, Sale items and Panties are not eligible for exchange and refunds.
- However, if you find that the item(s) delivered to you is incorrect or defective, kindly contact us at customerservice@9months.com.my within 3 days of receiving the products.
- We will issue you a Product Return Form and the return item(s) must reach us within 14 days.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for the exchange process fees, including the return and re-shipment charges. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service before initiating any return and exchange for online purchases.
If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a “proof of Postage” certificate from the post-office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
