Q: When will my order start processing?

A: We need 2-3 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.

 

Q: Do you accept Cash On Delivery?

A: No. We do not. 


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. You may however arrange for exchange after you have received your orders.

Q: What should I do if I received the wrong or defect product(s)?

A: We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects and our procedure is to check the items before delivery to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that the item(s) delivered to you is incorrect or defective, kindly contact us at customerservice@9months.com.my within 3 days of receiving the products. We will assist further on the return process and the return item(s) must reach us within 14 days.

Q: Can I return or exchange my products?

A: We regret that returns and refunds cannot be accommodated. Discounted price and Sale items are not eligible for exchange and/ or refunds. We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects and our procedure is to check the items before delivery to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition.

Q: How can I get my tracking number?
