Exchange and Return Policy

We did not provide refund service for any purchase from website.

Exchange & Return

Our return and exchange policy allows for a window of 3 business days after receiving your item. During this period, you can request a return and exchange.

Please note that any return and exchange requests made after this 3-day period may be subject to rejection by the merchant, citing the expiration of the designated exchange window.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be maintained in its original condition;

Complete the Product Return Form, pack and seal your returned merchandise(s) securely in the original package,
Please ensure the proof of purchase and all tags are intact,
The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging,
If these conditions are not met, we will return the item(s) and postages will be borne by the customers.
